How much does house clearance cost?

It depends on the amount and type of waste, how much carrying is involved, access to the property and the disposal costs for the materials. Photos and a rough idea of the volume help us price accurately.

Can you take old furniture and mattresses?

Yes, bulky items such as sofas, wardrobes, beds and mattresses can be removed as part of a clearance. Tell us how many there are and where they are in the property.

What can't you take?

Hazardous waste, such as asbestos, chemicals or some paints, needs specialist handling. Mark hazardous waste on the request form or mention it, and we will advise what can be removed.

Is my waste disposed of responsibly?

We are a registered Upper Tier Waste Carrier (CBDU62907), and the waste we collect is taken to disposal and recycling routes suited to each material.
