End of Tenancy Cleaning

It is a thorough clean of a rented property at the end of a tenancy, carried out before the check-out inspection or before new tenants move in. It goes further than a regular clean, covering kitchens, bathrooms, rooms and floors so the property can be handed back in a clean condition.

Our end of tenancy package starts from £219 + VAT for a property with one bedroom and one bathroom. The total then depends on the extra rooms, the type of property, its condition and any extras you add, such as oven or carpet cleaning.

The booking form adds these up as you go, so you see the full price, including VAT, before paying.

Deposit decisions are made by your landlord or letting agent under your tenancy agreement, so no cleaning company can promise the outcome. A professional end of tenancy clean helps the property meet the standard of cleanliness expected at check-out.

If your landlord or agent has given you a check-out report or checklist, share it when you book so we know what they expect.

If the property's condition or requirements are materially different from what was described when booking, we explain what additional work is needed and why. We aim to agree any additional charge with you before carrying out extra chargeable work, so you can approve, decline or change it.

Not usually, as long as access has been arranged. When you book, tell us how we can get in, such as keys or access codes, and about any parking restrictions, pets, fragile items or areas we should not enter.
