A deep clean goes further than routine cleaning. Depending on the property, it typically covers:
- Kitchen: degreasing worktops, splashbacks, cupboard fronts, the hob and the outside of appliances
- Bathrooms: descaling taps, showers, screens, tiles and toilets
- Dusting high and low: skirting boards, door frames, light switches, radiators and reachable ledges
- Floors vacuumed, and hard floors washed, in every agreed room
- Extras you can add when booking, including oven, carpet, upholstery, mattress and inside-cupboard cleaning

No. Regular cleaning keeps a home tidy from week to week. A deep clean is a single, longer visit that works into the corners, fittings and surfaces where grime builds up over time, such as limescale on taps or grease on cupboard doors. It can also be a good starting point before regular cleaning begins.
How much does a deep clean cost?
Deep cleaning starts from £189 + VAT, which covers a home with one bedroom and one bathroom. Extra rooms, a house rather than a flat, a heavier property condition and add-ons such as mattress or sofa cleaning increase the total.

How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size of the property, how many rooms are included, their condition and the extras you add. We plan enough time to complete the agreed scope properly rather than working to a set number of hours.
Should I deep clean before moving into a new home?
It is a good moment to do it. An empty home is easier to clean thoroughly, and kitchens and bathrooms can be cleaned before your own things go in. If you are leaving a rented property at the same time, our end of tenancy clean is designed for that handover.
What should I do before the deep clean?
Clear worktops and floors where you can, and put away valuables and anything you don't want moved. When you book, mention parking, access, pets and any rooms we should avoid.
