FAQ & Guidance

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our roofing service.

How much does a roof repair or replacement cost?

It depends on the size and type of roof, the material, how much needs repairing or replacing, access and whether scaffolding is needed. Flat and pitched roofs are priced differently. We confirm the cost once we know what the roof needs.

What should I do if my roof is leaking?

Move belongings away from the leak, catch dripping water and, if it is safe, switch off electrics near the affected ceiling. Then send us a request marked as high urgency, with photos of the ceiling and, if you can see it, the roof.

Can a flat roof be repaired rather than replaced?

Often, yes. Small splits, blisters or a failed seam can sometimes be repaired. If the covering is near the end of its life or leaking in several places, replacing it may be better value. We explain the options after inspecting the roof.

Do you fix gutters and fascias?

Yes. Blocked, leaking or sagging gutters, damaged downpipes and rotten fascias or soffits can all be repaired or replaced.
