Do you work on gas boilers?
By law, gas work in the UK must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Ask us for registration details when you request a quote.
Who can install air conditioning?
By law, installing or servicing air conditioning that contains fluorinated gases (F-gas) must be done by F-gas certified technicians. Ask us for certification details when you request a quote.
Why are some of my radiators cold?
Radiators that are cold at the top often have trapped air and need bleeding. Radiators cold at the bottom, or cold all over, can point to sludge, a valve problem or a balancing issue. If bleeding doesn't help, send us a request with the details.
How much does heating or air conditioning work cost?
It depends on the system, the fault or installation involved, parts and equipment, access, and how many rooms or units are covered. We confirm the cost once we know what the system needs.
